Storage Builders, LLC serves as the exclusive construction arm of My Space Self Storage, providing dedicated general contracting services solely for the My Space brand and operating exclusively within the State of Michigan. Over the last 22 years, the company has constructed more than ten individual self-storage facilities, managing a diverse portfolio of conversions, expansions, and ground-up developments. This partnership began in 2004 with the landmark conversion of a former industrial property into the My Space Downtown Brighton Self Storage facility at 306 N. 4th Street in Brighton, MI.
Currently, Storage Builders, LLC is executing the construction of the My Space Southfield Storage Center at 16025 Northland Drive in Southfield. This 100,000-square-foot corporate headquarters conversion project is more than 35% complete and is on track to open by the end of 2026. Looking ahead, the company maintains a robust development pipeline to support the continued growth of the My Space portfolio, with upcoming projects slated for Lansing, Ferndale, and Oak Park, MI.
